Registration Information
All members must pay the membership dues for 2024-2025 in addition to the registration fee for the meeting, whether attending CTLA-only or the full Annual Meeting.
Registering for the AAA Annual Meeting does not include Workshops, (including Ethics Symposium) or CTLA Registration.
- To register for a Workshop, you will need to register for the Annual Meeting.
- You can register for Ethics Symposium when registering for the Annual Meeting.
- To register for the Ethics Symposium ONLY, contact info@aaahq.org
- Registration for CTLA is seperate.
Guest registration to include Early Bird Reception on Sunday, access to the Exhibit Hall, Plenary Sessions and access to the Monday Night Welcome Reception.
Take advantage of the Early Registration Fee and save! Register by Monday, July 9, 2024 at 11:59 Eastern!
Registrations received July 10-July 31, 2024: There will be an additional $100 fee on all registrations received starting July 10, 2024.
Registrations received August 1- August 14, 2024: There will be an additional $100 fee on all registrations received starting August 1, 2024 ($50 for students).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 24, 2024. No refunds will be given for anything July 25th and beyond.
